Esoteric Psychology Study Group - Webinar Course
This is a course of study on Esoteric Psychology I by Alice Bailey. It will begin with an introduction on 8 July at 10AM New Zealand time. This should make it possible for most people to take advantage of this course in your own time zone.
The course is offered as a webinar course. It will be 1 1/2 hours every two weeks. You will be able to log on, enter a class, see me on the screen and any files that I put up to illustrate our topic. You will be able to ask questions and talk with others in the class.
Before each class, you will read 20 pages of Esoteric Psychology I and prepare questions that remain unanswered by you. I will respond to these questions.
Why read this book? Because, it is about you. It is a Master of the Wisdom describing the nature of the soul and its integration with its instrument, the personality. Studying the book leads to understanding, impersonality and compassion. All of this profoundly affects one's relationships.
This course will help those who have read the book deepen in your understanding. For those reading it for the first time, the course will provide the guidance into a subject that is often hard to grasp.
Why study as a group? The group forms a group mind which supports the development of intuition. You will find that you suddenly grasp concepts that elude you as you read the text.
Lawson Bracewell's qualifications: I first read this book 30 years ago. I completed a two year Masters in Esoteric Psychology which had this as its primary text. I have a Ph.d.e. in Esoteric Studies from the University of the Seven Rays. I am the Director of Christ College of Trans-Himalayan Wisdom (a school of meditation in Akaroa, New Zealand). I have taught classes using this book for 20 years. I look forward to studying with you.
Cost of the course: $10 per class. The introductory class is free.
